Tiny Talkers Event Highlights (Ages ~2–5)

Give your child the boost they need in communication skills through play-based activities, interactive learning, and peer engagement at our Tiny Talkers Event! This event is designed for young children ages 2–5 and focuses on building essential language skills in a fun and supportive environment.

📚 Story Time with Language Boosts

This interactive event focuses on empowering participants to express themselves clearly and confidently through AAC devices, communication boards, or other assistive tools.

🧩 Partner Communication Challenges

Participants team up for partner-based communication challenges, where they practice asking and answering questions using AAC devices or boards. These challenges encourage interactive conversation and strengthen expressive communication skills.

🍽️ Role-Playing Real-Life Routines

Participants will have the chance to observe and learn from others using AAC in real-time. By modeling and mentoring, we create an environment where everyone can build their skills and gain confidence using AAC systems.

At the end of each session, the Celebrate Your Voice Circle allows participants to reflect on their communication wins. Whether through typing, tapping, signing, or speaking, this positive reflection reinforces growth and encourages everyone to take pride in their unique communication methods.

Group availability will be based on interest and age range. We’ll organize groups based on sign-ups—so if you’re interested, let us know! Once we have enough participants in similar age groups, we’ll get things rolling. Your input helps us create the best experience for everyone!
